Dr. Jordon has been a Business/Leadership Consultant and Life Coach in the Raleigh-Durham Area of North Carolina area since 2018. Her business, LRJ Coaching & Business Solutions, LLC works with small business owners, corporate executives and their teams. Dr. Jordon worked in corporate for more than 30 years so she knows the challenges that leaders face on a daily basis. Dr. Jordon is committed to helping leaders create the strategies necessary to foster leadership and empower team development and effective communications. Dr. Jordon is honored to help countless clients reach sustainable positive change and growth.

Dr. Jordon is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Business, Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer with The John Maxwell Team. She holds a License to Teach a D&I program, Another Seat at the Table, with the Empowered Living Team. She also facilitates a Diversity & Inclusion Certification Program & Women in Business Certification Program with a University.

Dr. Jordon has also earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification Issued by USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education Earners of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business which provides the essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion. The program, created in partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Jabil, focuses on ways for organizations to create diverse workplaces, address equity issues, and foster inclusivity
